How does LNI function? We operate in much the same way as a local church would. We expect from our leaders what a local Church would expect from their local leadership.
The same principles and expectations of the local Church are applied to the broader family of Churches and Ministries. Our relationships need to be realistically defined and we operate together much like a transport system with linking nodes. Through our personal relationships we link with others in the global LNI family. We are joined primarily for what we can contribute to building the family, rather than what we can receive, knowing that the ethos of servanthood will ensure we build prevailing Churches that are sustainable in every circumstance.
